Mina
Mina belongs to the 5 inner Sailor Senshi. She was actually the first one to become a Sailor Senshi called Sailor V. It is said that her cat Artemis "discovered" her for being Sailor V. He was the one who told Mina that from now on she had a responsibility in fighting evil and giving protection to Princess Serenity of the Silver Millenium. In the first season she is the only one how appears with the awareness of being a Senshi and having a past already as one. Being Sailor Venus, Mina is not only the patron of the people born with the zodiac sign libra but also of the ones with the zodiac sign taurus. The influence of planet Venus on her is the reason for her sense of justice. (At least that's what they say in the horoscope^^) In the Silver Millenium, she was kind of a personal soldier for Princess Serenity and even today, she is taking her role as the protector of Usagi very serious. She always owned a special role within the Sailor Team. Mina is the secret leader of the group (also it is never said). This also explains her counterpart in Season 1: Kuncite. Like the other Senshi, Naoko gave her characteristics suiting her zodiac sign, libra, and a representing color, yellow.
