Artemis
Artemis is Mina's cat. He is the one who told her that she was the first Sailor Senshi, Sailor V. He also appears in the Sailor V Manga "Codename wa Sailor V".
Just like Luna, Artemis is able to talk. He is also in love with Luna and both have
a daughter in future called Diana who appears later in the series
( Sailor Moon Super S ).
Luna and Artemis were both as suprised as Serena and Darien when they found out about Diana.
Though Luna likes to tease Artemis because he is clumsy at times, he means much to her, too.
Mina sometimes states that Artemis is getting on her nerves though everyone knows that it's not true as Artemis has always been loyal to Mina and he means much to her in a way she would like
loose her best friend if he was gone. There is a human version of Artemis which can be seen in
some manga images (sames goes for Luna and Diana). They are shown as a litte family. Another thing
Luna and Artemis have in common is the moon sign on their foreheads. This is how they can communicate.
They also appear in the Silver Millenium. On her missions as Sailor V, Artemis was always
by Mina's side to support her. His existence underlines the special status of Mina within the
Sailor Team for as Mina is the only one except for Usagi who has got a cat.
